Who We Are
We are an India-based company with pan-Asia operations, spread across India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines. We have been operating in India since 2008 and benefit, as part of the TEC Group from its 30-year history and strengths of delivering space-as-a-service.
We primarily lease office spaces within Grade A office buildings from landlords across these markets, then design, build and operate them as premium flexible workspaces for our diverse client base.
